Saturday, July 23rd, 2011It’s time to go see the PopArtCycle Bikes in action at their respective businesses.
Check out the page under Nez 2011 and the list is there. We ride sat. 8am from the HUB coffee house on Cheney st.
It’ll be an easy 20 miler, we’ll get to see these crazy contraptions on the route,.See you there.

Tour De Nez Handcyclist to Handcycle Coast to Coast
Monday, February 21st, 2011Tour De Nez Handcyclist to Handcycle Coast to Coast
On January 15, Aaron Roux departed San Diego, California to attempt to handcycle coast to coast across the United States from San Diego, to St Augustine, Florida, as possibly the first quadriplegic to attempt such a journey under his own power. Rick Mason, Sierra Storm Wheelchair Rugby Coach and fellow Tour De Nez handcyclist was also to join Roux on this ride but was unable to participate due to shoulder injury. Although unable to ride, Rick has joined Roux on the road to conduct community outreach and raise awareness and visibility of active quadriplegics. As part of the ride the duo will be raising funds for a variety of charities.
